Goonies showing in UK Cinemas!

Hey you guys, For any UK residents leaving in or near London, The Goonies is playing in two locations, Greenwich Picture House on Feb 26th and Stratford Picture House on March 5th!!! I attended one of there screening last week of John Hughes' The Breakfast Club' and it was awesome! They lay on muffins and tea/coffee before hand, and the Sunday newspapers (which was great as I had a thumping hungover). The screening was surprisingly near full and the seats very comfy. The organisers were mid-twenties 80's film geeks (i mean that in a good way) and invited us all to the adjoining bar after - which was nice. There were flyers which said after 'The Goonies' they were showing in future weeks 'Ghostbusters' and 'Back To The Future' and a few others which I can't remember (and I lost said flyer).

Anyway - I'll be there. BOTH screenings!

Shame i'm not in London or local to it...what an awesome few hours it would be! Three of my fave movies AND coffee & muffins!! My idea of a good time :-)

for me London seems the most expensive and hardest place to get to even though it's nearer to me than most other places i frequent.
